| Ordering goods Orders are accepted in written form only Facsimile. These terms & conditions are integral part of the contract of sale. Minimum order value There is no minimum order value. You are very welcome to order from only one small article to a large quantity. Place of fulfilment Place of fulfilment for the delivery of our goods as well as for the payment of the purchased goods is the place of business of Swissproducts at Forel (Lx), Switzerland, unless a different arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon. Delivery time All standard products from our shop are delivered usually within a week's time. For standard articles we do not send a confirmation prior to delivery. Delivery charges Please read our Shipping Information. Privacy statement We do store your address details in our database.This information is exclusively for internal use and will never been sold or disclosed to a third party. Insurance An insurance policy covering loss or damage during transport of goods will only be taken out on a customer's written demand. Prices All prices are net and do not include VAT, packaging and delivery cost. All prices are in Swiss currency (CHF). Please read our Shipping Information. Payment methods We accept your payment by credit card (Visa, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard). We therefore need your card number, cardholder's name and the credit card date of expiry. Notice of defects and returns policy If your product ist damaged when you receive it we will accept your written notice of defects of any kind within five days of receipt of the goods. If your notice of defects is justified an received within the specified time frame, we offer you either a replacement of the goods or a free improvement within an adequate time. Further claims will not be accepted unless there is severe negligence on our behalf. We do not accept liability for delayed deliveries caused by our suppliers or other reasons we cannot influence. With the handing-over of the goods to the carrier (post, rail, shipping etc) the risk devolves upon you, irrespective of a transport insurance policy taken out by us on your behalf. Please check the goods upon receipt. If a damage occurs during transportation, the buyer has to place a complaint/compensation claim with the carrier within the appropriate time limit. Legal domicile Contracts signed with Swissproducts are handled under Swiss Law. Legal domicile is Forel (LX) (Switzerland). |
